RETURNS
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you received a faulty item from our online store, please contact us at HOLA@CHIABEACHCO.COM. Complaints must be placed before or by the fifth day from the delivered date.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
CHIA ships locally in Costa Rica with DHL. Please allow 1-2 days for the order to be packed and dispatched. Shipping takes between 3-4 business days.
Shipping is $10USD for all domestic orders. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages and any further disputes must be settled with DHL.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
CHIA ships worldwide from Costa Rica with DHL. Please allow 1-2 days for the order to be packed and dispatched. Shipping takes between 5-10 business days.
Once we dispatch your order you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation with the tracking number and estimate delivery date. Shipping is $19USD for all international orders. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages and any further disputes must be settled with DHL.
